Return & Refund Policy

Made with Care, Chosen with Confidence

At Sun and Moon Online Store, we put care, attention, and quality into every T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, cap, and mug we produce. Each product is carefully prepared and checked before it is sent to you.

Because our products are produced specifically with care for each order, all purchases are final.

No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

We kindly ask our customers to take a moment to carefully review their order before purchasing. Please make sure you have selected the correct product, size, colour, design, and quantity before completing your order.

Once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests due to a change of mind or an incorrect selection by the customer.

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so if you are unsure about a size, colour, product, or any other detail, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to help you make the best choice.

Our Quality Promise

We take pride in what we create. Every item is produced and checked carefully to make sure it is made correctly and meets our quality expectations.

If, however, your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Send us your order details and clear photographs of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate solution.

Before You Place Your Order

To help make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, please:

• Check the size guide carefully before ordering clothing.

• Double-check your colour, design, product, and quantity.

• Make sure your delivery address and order details are correct.

• Contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.

Your order is placed with the understanding that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy.

We appreciate every order and the trust you place in us. We will always do our best to create your products with the care and attention they deserve.
